Colin has worked has worked in the UK, Europe and the USA prior to settling in New Zealand in 2004.

He has owned significant successful businesses on both sides of the World, across both the manufacturing and service sector. This experience has included a number of profitable Mergers and Acquisitions. This private sector thinking has been successfully translated to a number of senior public sector roles.

Colin has led Regional Economic Development initiatives both in NZ and in the UK, has consulted to and held local government board positions. Colin has chaired NZX listed companies, as well as FDA’s.

Colin brings a wealth of results-orientated outcomes to Welcon's clients.

Kirsty brings a deep and broad knowledge based on 30 successful years within the IT industry. Her experience covers a multitude of disciplines and industry sectors – the most recent as a Change Practitioner developing, and delivering change frameworks and methodology.

With exposure to both SMEs and multi-national organisations Kirsty’s CV reflects a strong grounding in IT operations, systems engineering, best practice business process development, project management, technical delivery team management, and consulting at enterprise level for both vendor and customers.

Her industry experience includes local government, finance, insurance, manufacturing, infrastructure services and telecommunications.

Experienced in both leading or working with project delivery teams, Kirsty’s skill set encompasses:

• Leadership - technical design and delivery
• Leadership - special project delivery teams
• Management of employment lifecycle for large technical design and delivery teams
• Enterprise operations best practice process development and deployment
• IT outsourced services governance development and oversight

Corporate Management and Governance experience is based on 35 years experience in the UK Defence industry as a Chartered Secretary culminating in Vice President level responsibilities.

Current responsibilities include Governor ships in the Education sector with special interests in governance and audit.
